Job Description
Reporting to: Board of Director
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies in line with the company’s mission and vision.
- Supervise all department heads including operations, finance, HR, admin, technical, and marketing.
- Lead day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with government bodies, local communities, partners, and stakeholders.
- Promote innovation and service excellence in cable car operations and tourism services.
- Manage risks and implement internal control mechanisms.
- Report periodically to the Board of Directors on operational and financial performance.
