Job Description
Lumbini Five Elements Hotel is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and IT Support Assistant. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing who can also handle basic external IT-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services
- Manage the hotel’s social media platforms, website content, and digital presence
- Create promotional materials, advertisements, and email campaigns
- Coordinate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and tourism boards
- Assist with basic IT tasks (e.g., email setup, social media troubleshooting, internet communication tools,)
- Collaborate with the front office and reservations team for promotional offers
