Job Description

  • Be present in the session room at least 15 minutes before the start
  • Test all technical equipment prior to the session start
  • Make sure to record the counseling session with consent with the client
  • Review client profiles and FAQs beforehand
  • Use ethical counseling practices and close sessions within 15 minutes
  • For high-priority cases, session time may be extended, given there is no other counseling session planned
